My first board meeting experience was great. Nakaka intimidate nga lang at first kasi after knowing sino yung makakasama mo sa board. Nakaka utal nga nung una ako mag salita. Eventually, nasanay rin ako to the point na nakikipag argue na ako sa chairperson ng board. haha

My first board meeting was a fresh experience for me. I was feeling excited to be seating with few people I am only seeing on TV. Not to exaggerate, it was my first time to come face to face with a national official (except those I've met during national competitions) so I was waiting if the chair, Ma'am Licuanan, would also blink an eye like a normal person does (and she did, but with extra poise).

But to be honest, I just realized how little I know about things in school, and that I need more readings and familiarization to work on with. :-)
